Observation: Cleaning:
-Significant improvement in cleaning.
-Noted a few areas still needed a detail cleaning.
1) Food Storage bins in the back storage room. - Remove all grimes off the lids.
2) Vegetable food prep area - The wall mounted shelf needs to be cleaned.
3) The wall beside the walk-in freezer.

*Follow up inspection was conducted.
-BBQ Hot Case: Temp was brought up to 60 deg. C.
-Ensure to put enough boiling water into the bottom water basin to keep unit hot over 60 deg. C.

NOTE:
-Discussed with the operator regarding the use of gloves.
--> Ensure all food handlers to take gloves off before washing hands.
--> Recommended not to wear gloves unless it is necessary for the operation.
