Observation: A few rodent droppings were observed on the floors of the storage room in the following areas:
1. Underneath the table
2. Behind the chest freezers
No evidence of food contaminated by rodents.
Corrective Action(s): Contact a pest control company and arrange for services immediately. Arrange for a reinspection and provide a receipt to the health inspector when the service has been completed. Clean up and sanitize areas with droppings today. Clean and sanitize all food prep surfaces every morning before use. Inspect all areas of the kitchen and storage room everyday for droppings and clean accordingly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Containers of bread and poison bait observed on the floors of the kitchen and storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all of the bread and poison bait. Do not leave food on the floor as this will attract pests. Do not use poison bait inside the restaurant.

- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 71.9C at the plate level.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottles
