Routine inspection conducted: - Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - All coolers at 4 degrees C or less - Hot holding units (gravy, onions, etc) temperature at 60 degree C or above - General sanitation is good -No signs of pests at time of inspection - Food is stored 6 inches off the floor - QUATs sanitizer from dispenser measured at 200 ppm and in red buckets -There is one red bucket of sanitizer which had chlorine , measured at 100 ppm chlorine residual - Staff on-site has valid FoodSafe **permit decal is expired. Call the billing department at 604-918-7507 to order a replacement decal and to confirm your mailing address. These would have been sent out in April/May earlier this year.
