Observation: Rodent droppings found in the area where one of the doors opens into. The last pest control report was from November 15, 2023.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with a professional pest control company and follow their recommendations. Clean all droppings with a bleach solution.

Observation: Both doors in the premises had gaps underneath them, which can allow for the entry of rodents.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records were up to date. Recommend adding dishwasher final rinse temperature records as well.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is checked daily and that the temperature at the manifold is 82 C/ 180 F during the final rinse cycle.
Chlorine sanitizer solution was tested at 100 ppm.
Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified.
The ice machine was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
