- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water - Handsinks are maintained with liquid soap & paper towels - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in multiple locations - High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface - Temperatures of all refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers) - Foods are stored off of floor, covered & in pest proof containers - Equipment & Ice machine are maintained in a sanitary manner - Hot holding foods are measured >60C - Temperature recordkeeping is in place - Discussed pest control in the facility.
