- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Foods are stored off of floor, covered & in pest proof containers
- Equipment & Ice machine are maintained in a sanitary manner
- Hot holding foods are measured >60C
- Temperature recordkeeping is in place
- Discussed pest control in the facility. No activity observed at the time of inspection
