General comments:
- Handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- General sanitation has improved significantly and everything is more organized. Good
- Cardboard boxes are removed from the premises
- Coolers maintaining foods at 4C or colder
- Freezers maintaining foods at -18C or colder
- Low temperature dishwasher chlorine measured at 50ppm
- Fume hoods are cleaned. Ensure fume hood mechanical lighting is working.
