Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - QUATS dispenser at 3-compartment sink has been serviced and is measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip. QUATS test strips available on premises. - Handwashing station at back prep area adequately supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water - General sanitation of premises satisfactory - No signs of pests during time of inspection. Operator mentioned that they have stopped serving fresh fruit to prevent fruit fly problem. - FOODSAFE Level trained employee on premises during time of inspection. Operator mentioned that all staff has been contacted to take FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent.
