-hand sinks fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -quats at 200ppm -general sanitation good -temp logs maintained daily -chicken strips probed during inspection and found to be at 54C, however there is a timer set for 20 minutes and if the product isn't sold in those 20 minutes it is discarded -milkshake spoons stored in ice and washed, rinsed and sanitized every 2 hours at least
