Observation: Vegetable spiralizer was still found to have food debris on the handle piece used to secure foods.
Correction: Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use. Soak equipment to loosen dried food debris prior to washing. Spiralizer was soaked and washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: Vegetable cutter was found to have dried on food debris.
Correction: All equipment must be properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Vegetable cutter was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: Ice machine is observed to have mold and mildew growth
Correction: - Remove all ice before cleaning.
- Scrub, wash, rinse and sanitize the inside of the ice machine before making new ice.

- Follow up inspection conducted and following are observed:
- The ice machine is observed to be in clean and sanitary condition
- The dishwashing area is clean and maintained in sanitary condition
- The glass door cooler in front area is measured at less than 4C
