Observation: Glasswasher final rinse concentration tested at 11.5ppm, just below the minimum of 12.5ppm.
Correction: Technician called. Ensure technician raises the concentration above the minimum, ideally at 15ppm. Informed staff to use the main dishwasher.

Glasswasher tested at 15.5ppm Iodine in final rinse.
Recommend purchasing a "Titration Kit" for testing Iodine concentration in the glasswasher.
Maintenance cleaning improved on both sandwich prep coolers.
