Correction: Technician called. Ensure technician raises the concentration above the minimum, ideally at 15ppm. Informed staff to use the main dishwasher.

Comments

Glasswasher tested at 15.5ppm Iodine in final rinse. Recommend purchasing a "Titration Kit" for testing Iodine concentration in the glasswasher. Maintenance cleaning improved on both sandwich prep coolers.
