Correction: Relocate salad ingredients away from entrance / air curtain of walk-in cooler to maintain food at 4 C

Produce walk-in cooler 4 C, salad ingredients have been relocated to the back corner of walk-in cooler (items 4 C). Storage shelving for these items will be relocated at a later date to back corner of walk-in cooler.

Produce wall display cooler (wet section) - chopped herbs display 4 C Note: Plastic display risers used in display are restricting cold air flow to food product. Do not display potentially hazardous foods such as cut produce on the plastic risers as product will not remain at 4 C.
