Observation: Building was lacking in adequate supply of hot water. Sinks run out of hot water quickly and building technicians are currently applying repairs.
Correction: Adequate hot water supply is required for the operation of this facility. Correction required by next business day and as soon as possible.

- Facility has purchased commercial grade hot holding units to replace existing hot holding units - 6 to arrive this week
- Current hot holding units at temperatures greater than 60 degrees Celsius observed at time of inspection - lids on all hot holding units
- Facility has replaced hot holding units with commercial grade hot holding unit - temperatures of greater than 60 degrees observed for hot holding units.
- No observations of food items thawing on floor
- Facility has obtained storage unit for freezer and take out containers at nearby commercial facility
