Public Comments -Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius - Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration - Overall sanitation is satisfactory -No sign of pests noted -Foods are properly stored and labelled -Log sheet is maintained and up to date ** Dishware, wash them in dishwasher then manually soak them in sanitizer ( one of the sink) and let them air dry Note: Signature of recipient obtained ,a copy will be sent via email later.
