Follow up inspection. -The storage shelf was cleaned to remove buildup. The operator mentioned that they would clean this twice per month to prevent buildup from accumulating in the future. -The operator has spoked with the landlord to increase the lighting #/intensity in the food premises. Please contact the area E.H.O. for a follow up inspection once the lighting has been adjusted to clearly illuminate areas for sanitation and pest control. Thank you.
