Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached 75 C during the final rinse cycle. Sanitizer spray bottles had 100 ppm bleach. Pest proof containers in use for dry foods. No evidence of pests. A pest control company is on contract here. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
