Cleaning performed to identified areas in previous inspection. Continue to find strategies and procedures that will maximize the cleanliness behind the grill, especially behind and around exposed piping, but along the back wall of grill area as well. Location to be rebranded (Italian Cuisine). Food safety plan relative to new menu plan needed along with application form for new name. Form left with management.
