Follow up Inspection: The under-the-counter cooler was repaired by a technician and it was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder (actual temperature: 3.9 degrees C). A thermometer was available inside the cooler. Please check refrigeration temperatures each shift and ensure that coolers are maintained at 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder. The manager was not available at the time of inspection. As previously discussed, provide a permit replacement form to Fraser Health with a $30.00 permit replacement fee (follow the directions on the form) to obtain a new permit to operate if the old permit to operate cannot be found. Ensure that the permit to operate is posted in a conspicuous location for public view.
