Routine Inspection conducted with Jessica Ahn due to a language barrier
- Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Reminder: Designated hand wash sinks are for only hand washing.
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius except the cooler in the front with sauces stored in it.
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- All hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
- dishwasher has 50 ppm Cl in the rinse cycle
- 100 ppm Cl solution available for wiping cloths
Note: All cut and/ or processed vegetables stored at room temperature must be used within 2 hours or discarded. Monitoring system must be in place.
Note: do not store personal or non food items such as lighter butane with food products or cooking utensils.
Note: Temperature of all coolers freezers and hot holding must be checked daily. Dishwasher sanitizer concentration must be tested regularly.
