Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sani-buckets (x2) in this department measured less than 100 ppm Quats residual. Both buckets of solution appeared clean, although both had wash cloths submerged in solution. Buckets changed hourly as per discussion. Possibly first fill of day and system hasn't primed properly?
Corrective Action(s): Solution changed in sani-buckets. Verified concentration at source to be 200 ppm.
Adjust procedures to include verification step at beginning of each day in this department. Verify with test strips concentration of quats solution is 200 ppm is reached and is maintained at source throughout the day.
