Fried food measured at 56C was being cooled down at time of inspection and cooling procedure reviewed with staff.
Other baskets of food was taken out of fridge half an hour ago and measured at 12-14C which will be used within the hour as per staff.
A sheet of material was placed on top of raw wood in cabinet storing canned food.
Use proper material that can be easily cleaned - non absorbent, smooth and durable.
-> Discard dented cans of food (e.g. sauces) found in the cabinet as they cannot be used.
Observed staff removed gloves before washing hands.
One pest control report has been sent for review but health unit is awaiting for more reports.

*Reminder to staff not to eat in the kitchen and remove boxes away from hallway in the back to unblock access to fire exit.
