Paper based inspection Report #F00242200 Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (bleach) was at 100 ppm or greater. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Sandwich cooler - ensure to monitor this cooler so that it maintains 4 deg C or colder. Freezers were at -18 deg C. All food items stored off the floor. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
