Observation: Carpet mat being on the floor in front of the three compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the carpet mat. This is not approved to be used in the kitchen as it collects water, hard to clean, and contributes to sanitary issues. Use rubber mats instead.

Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AUVUFK:

- The main handwashing station was clear of equipment and easily accessible. The sink was kept free of equipment and utensils.
- Food items are stored covered with plastic wraps or proper lids inside the upright cooler.
- General sanitation has improved in the areas noted in the previous report. Continue to implement a regular cleaning schedule.
- The prep cooler has been fixed and was measured at 4C ambient temperature.
- Working thermometers available inside all coolers and freezers.
- Daily temperature logs were available on site, kept up to date.
- Light bulb covers installed on all florescent light bulbs.
