302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine after the final rinse cycle. Chlorine test strips not available to staff. Corrective Action(s): A new sanitizer container was connnected to the dishwasher during the inspection. Purchase chlorine test strips and test daily. Violation Score: 15

Comments

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held items were > 60 C. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was at 100 ppm. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
