Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine after the final rinse cycle. Chlorine test strips not available to staff.
Corrective Action(s): A new sanitizer container was connnected to the dishwasher during the inspection. Purchase chlorine test strips and test daily.

Comments

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held items were > 60 C.
Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
