* Relocate the soup warmer unit away from the paper towels dispensers to prevent risk of dripping water while grabbing the paper towels (Immediately).
* Under counter cooler across from the prep table at 4.9 degree C. Ensure to maintain the cooler at 4 C or below at all times.
