- Hand sinks have hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers <4C
- Freezers -18C
- No hot-held foods at the time of inspection
- Temperature logs are in use and up to date
- Chlorine bleach sanitizer is in use at 100ppm
- Food stored in walk-in cooler is stored on shelving and most items are covered. Ensure items are covered once cooled
- Dry storage foods are on shelving and are protected in pest proof containers
- No evidence of pests observed at the time of inspection

- Ensure that scoops for ice and bulk food items are not stored in the food containers
- Dish washer sanitizer initially measured 10ppm. After running 3 cycles, the sanitizer level measured 50ppm. Chlorine test strips are available on site. Ensure that sanitizer level is checked before use on a daily basis to confirm minimum sanitizer level is in use.
