-Follow-up inspection to May 05, 2023. -Back door was closed at the time of inspection. Operator has not purchased a new screen door. Back door must be closed at all times to prevent potential pest entry. Instances where the back door is left open, and not for deliveries, the facility will be issued a violation ticket. -Improvements have been noted in pest infestation. Rodents droppings are still being observed in the facility. Continue to clean and sanitize all affected areas on a daily basis. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
