Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Drawer coolers under the cooking line have been repaired and measured at 4'C or lower during time of inspection. All drawer seals have been replaced.
- Upstairs sandwich cooler has been repaired and is measured at 3'C during inspection
- Thermometers have been placed in cold-holding units
- Temperature logs are observed maintained
- Two new domestic upright freezers have been placed upstairs in the preparation area
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
