Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottles of Sink & Surface Sanitizer available but did not have residue of chemical agent in them. Operator refilled the sanitizers bottles at the time of this inspection. Effective sanitizer, according to manufacturer instruction, is now available.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized before food handling.

Routine inspection
Inspection conducted in the midst of lunch rush.
General sanitation is satisfactory. Kitchen maintenance has been improved.
Wall tiles have been replaced with stainless steel plate at the corner wall. Floor observed clean and maintained.

Bistro kitchen:
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles. (See notes above)
- Hand washing stations maintained. Paper towel dispenser above 2-comp sink in the kitchen is to be repaired and paper towels to be stored in sanitary condition.
- All coolers measured at or below 4C. Freezers measured at or below -18C. Thermometers noted in all units.
- Food labeled and stored in sanitary manner. Food in containers noted labeled properly.
- Low-Temp Dish washer final rinse water had 50-100 ppm chlorine residue at the time of this inspection.
- Range hood noted clean and maintained.
- Kitchen was well lit.

Dry storage & Walk in coolers:
- Floor maintained.
- Ice maker noted clean and ice scoops stored properly.
- Chest freezers measured at or below -18 degree C.
- Food stored above floor and shelve noted organized.
- No sign of pest activity noted at this date. Pest management company sets traps outside.
- Walk in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C- Food labeled and stored properly. Raw cooked separation noted.
- Vacuum pack meat and storage discussed with chef.
