Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B2BUB5 Hand washing stations (front, back) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in a dispenser. Health operating permit is posted in a conspicuous location. The following is outstanding: Brown mildew/biofilm was still observed in bottom left and right hand corners of ice machine. Ensure that ice is discarded and all internal components are properly cleaned to remove biofilm/mildew, then sanitized with an appropriate food contact surface sanitizer (e.g. 100 ppm bleach water). It was discussed with the owner that a technician would be contacted for proper cleaning and sanitizing. It was also discussed that ice will not be served until such time. A sign is to be posted stating "ice dispenser is out of order" Please contact the Environmental Health Officer if you have any questions or concerns.
