Observation: Two door pizza prep cooler is keeping food at 6 C.
This cooler is mainly used to store pineapple, pizza shells, and lower risk foods however it does have a small volume of cheese and deli meats (to be used in 2 hours or less).
Corrective Action(s): Adjust this cooler so that it can keep food at 4 C or colder. Use accurate indicating thermometer to verify the temperature.
