-Follow-up inspection to June 10, 2022.
-High temperature dishwasher was serviced on June 10, 2022. Fuse was replaced. High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse tempeature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitation). All dishware, utensils, and equipment washed and sanitized. Continue to monitor wash and rinse temperatures and service dishwasher as needed.
-Meat slicer was properly cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.
-Liquid hand soap dispenser battery was replaced. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices were good at the time of inspection. Raw, shelled eggs were stored separately from other foods.
-Scoops were properly stored at the time of inspection.
