HEALTH INSPECTOR TO RETURN OCTOBER 23. HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS COMPLETED:
- Power wash top of exhaust canopy NOTE: ensure all food and dishes/utensils are protected from contamination during power washing. SANITIZE all surfaces after power washing occurs.
- Seal around top of exhaust canopy to prevent pest entry
- Power wash under grill/deep fryer
- Clean inside pop cupboard TODAY!!

NOTE: Clean and sanitize DAILY all food preparation surfaces prior to the start of cooking or food preparation. Continue to monitor pest infestation.

HEALTH INSPECTOR WILL RETURN TO MONITOR INFESTATION. ANY FURTHER EVIDENCE OF INFESTATION OR POOR SANITATION WILL RESULT IN CLOSURE AGAIN.
