- Walk-in cooler has now been serviced and is at an ambient temperature of 3C. Meat and dairy products may now be placed inside the walk-in cooler. Ensure that you maintain temperature logs to monitor the temperature of the walk-in cooler
- Facility operated in good sanitary condition
- No potentially hazardous foods, including bean sprouts, were observed to be out at room temperature at time of inspection

Grace period for re-taking FoodSafe 1 has been extended to August 31, 2018. Please ensure that you take the Level 1 Refresher course or in-person course (classroom, 8 hours) and email temporary certificate to the health inspector before August 31, 2018. Operator presented invoice for FoodSafe 1 Refresher Course at time of inspection.
