Observation: Floor underneath the shelving units in the back has some grime/debris build up and also underneath shelves in the walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Clean off grime and debris underneath these areas. Clean premises prevents cross contamination and prevents pests in the facility.

Observation: Under counter cooler's (in the drive-thru area) seal is broken so door is not closing properly.
Corrective Action(s): Repair seal for this cooler so that it can close properly and maintain temperature at or less than 4 deg C.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (buckets & spray bottles).
Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Line coolers in the front service area were at or below 4 deg C.
-Monitor open yogurt cooler.
Sandwich prep cooler top: deli meat and cheese was at 4 deg C or below.
Line drawers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for soups and chilli was above 70 deg C.
Hot holding for eggs, bacong was above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available (in tablet)
Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
Staff washrooms and dining room washrooms were clean and provided with sanitary facilities.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
Note: Garbage disposal area require power washing before spring.
