Comments

Chicken, guacomole and other ingredients in the preparation cooler at 4 C at the time of inspection. Ensure to monitor internal
temperature of these items at least twice a day.
New ceiling tiles have been installed to replace the worn out tiles in the kitchen.
A new mop sink will be installed in the laundry area within a couple of weeks.

* Cleaning required of all ceiling tiles and lighting fixtures in the kitchen.
* Install light covers on all tubelights in the kitchen area.
