- Quats available for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Walk in and upright cooler were 4C or lower
- Chest and upright freezer were 4C or lower
- Hot holding was 60C or higher
- Food storage was adequate; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
