Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] QUATS solution at 3-compartment sink measured at 0 ppm QUATS concentration during inspection. QUATS dispenser was not dispensing the solution at the adequate frequency as the nozzle appeared to be plugged with a air bubble. After running the dispenser for a few minutes, the solution was later measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration. QUATS sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) and in the 3-compartment sink was replaced during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): As per approved sanitation plan, ensure the QUATS dispenser at the 3-compartment sink is able to dispense 200 ppm QUATS solution to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces, equipment and utensils. Check the solution frequently with the available QUATS test strips on site. If the problem persists, contact maintenance to repair/replace the nozzle.
