Observation: 1) Wet wiping towel (blue) was left on the counter in the front service area. 2) Only 1 drain plug found, staff mentioned that one of them broke and has not replaced since.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remind all staffs that wet wiping clothes need to be stored in sanitizing solution when not in use. Operator placed towel back in santizier at time of inspection. 2) Obtain an additional drain plug asap.
