Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean rubber seals and frame of door and monitor effectiveness to maintain seal by regularly checking and recording temeratures. Replace door seals on this unit if necessary. Redistribute potentially hazardous foods to other cooling units to relieve use-related stress to this unit.
