-Follow-up inspection to February 16, 2018.
-Bleach sanitizing solution was prepared and tested at 100ppm at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection. Review with all staff the importance of proper hand hygiene when handling food.
-Chemicals were properly stored at the time of inspection. Did not observe chemicals stored above food items at the time of inspection.
-Light cover has been replaced in the walk-in freezer.
-One scoop was stored in the dry ingredients container. Ensure all scoops are stored in a clean and sanitary manner.
*Operator is planning on changing current cleaning and sanitizing sinks (1 - 1 compartment sink, and 1 - 2 compartment sink) for a 3-compartment sink. Sink compartments must be of sufficient size to soak the large piece of equipment which needs to be cleaned and sanitized using the 3-compartment sink.
