Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water for handwashing station in the back prep area was turned off. Staff mentioned that it was turned off since the prep sink across from handwashing station was being used to thaw food.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to turn hot water back on. Remember not to turn off hot water as it is required for proper handwashing.
