Corrective Action(s): Ensure all points noted above are cleaned regularly. Build up of food debris or sticky foods can attract pests.

Observation: 1. Wooden table under counter mixer machine is peeling paint
2. Wooden table across from 2 comp sink used for drying wet dishes - wood is turning black
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces in kitchen are smooth, durable, non-absorbent, easy to clean.
1. Wooden prep table has exposed raw wood that is difficult to clean and sanitize. Remove old paint and re-seal wood surface/ repaint surface.
Correction date: 2 weeks
2. Wooden prep table used to dry wet dishes has build up of black grime and is not able to prevent the absorption of water. Scrap of old/damaged wood, reseal wood surface and place non-absorbent layer/drying rack with drip tray to protect wooden surface and allow proper drying.
