Routine inspection: laser hair removal and microchanneling, 2 treatment rooms. Treatment room hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Laser warning sign posted on sliding doors. No mirrors in treatment rooms. Laser machines equipped with emergency on/off buttons and requires a key for operation. Client goggles are opaque and disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution (expiry Aug 10, 2024) after use. Soaking tray available for use. Bleach solution and 70% isopropyl alcohol available for disinfecting laser hand pieces and microchanneling gun. Needles for microchanneling are presterlized and single use. Serum (single use) is not injected during microchanneling service. Sharps container available for use. Treatment bed linen sheets changed after each client. Laundry services done onsite.
