Routine inspection conducted. Facility is very well maintained and operated, and is in excellent sanitary condition. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures - All temperatures meet health requirements
- Temperature logs are complete and up-to-date
- Walk-in cooler at 1C
- Walk-in freezer at -22C
- Front sandwich prep cooler at 4C
- Undercounter dairy and sauce cooler at 2C
- Beverage cooler up front at 4C
- Hot-held meatballs and sauces > 60C
- Cooler units equipped with accurate thermometers

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash station in food service area and inside restroom adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- 3-compartment sink present, dishes are in the process of being washed, rinsed, sanitized
- Onion cutter is in excellent sanitary condition
- Sanitizer dispenser releases approximately 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound (QUATS). Sanitizer logs present, QUATS test strips available
- Sanitizing pail at approximately 200 ppm QUATS; refilled at time of inspection
- Cutting board and knives well maintained
- Restroom is in excellent sanitary condition
- Cola machine and self-service station routinely cleaned

3. Storage
- Al items stored at least 6" off the floor - excellent
- All ingredients are fitted with a secure lid and dated; FIFO system employed
- Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer are very well maintained. Shelving and flooring is free of debris, and ingredients are organized
- Chemicals stored separately from food products

4. Pest Control
- No signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Back door is shut and only used for receiving

5. Administrative
- Permit posted and up-to-date
- Supervisor has FoodSafe 1
