Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CJYRD3. -Underneath the shelving units in the front servicing area observed to be satisfactory. -Unoperational grill stored in the back dry storage area observed to be removed. -Temporary use the other 2 handwashing sink to wash hands until the handsink next to the ice cream machine is serviced. Correction Order issued. Operator/Director of company informed the handwashing sink next to the ice cream machine will be serviced by October 19, 2022. TO DO: Store metal shafts observed in the dry storage area at least 6 inches off the floor to facilitate ease of cleaning underneath the shelving units in the dry storage area.
