Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
One of the front display case cooler is not in good working and was not in use. Operator has already contacted a technician to repair the unit. Ensure unit is capable of maintaining foods less than or equal to 4C prior to use.
Soft ice-cream machine currently not in use.
Walk-in cooler and functional front display case cooler was 4C or below.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Hot holding of rice at 60C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No pest noted.
3-compartment sink satisfactory. Chlorine (bleach) used as sanitizer. Ensure solution is properly diluted by mixing 25ml of bleach with 4 liters of water.
Front and back hand washing stations satisfactory.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
