Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat and cheese based baked goods were stored in the front hot holding unit measured with an internal temperature of 40C-44C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed the baked goods from the premise. Any potentially hazardous food must be hot held at 60C or above.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen hand washing station was obstructed with a paper box and a bag of powder. In addition, paper towels not provided at this sink. Washroom hand washing station was not provided with any paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed all items stored in the hand washing station basin and provided paper towels. Ensure all hand washing stations are properly stocked and free of obstructions.
