Observation: One of the two prep coolers is currently operating outside of acceptable temperatures (~12 Celsius).
Corrective Action(s): Cooler currently has limited stock of food items (donair toppings in inserts, hot sauce bottles). Instructed operator to check the temperature of the unit in 30-60 minutes to determine whether the temperature returns to 4 degrees Celsius or lower. If it does not, contact a service technician for repairs and discontinue use of the unit until repairs can be completed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 spray bottles (with diferent contents) were observed in similar-looking containers without labels to identify the contents.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are labelled clearly to prevent unintentional misuse. Operator wrote labels on the bottles at time of inspection.

- Hand-washing basin stocked with soap and paper towels. Please ensure all sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels (at all times).
- Refrigeration temperatures are satisfactory, with the exception noted above.
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Hot-holding temperatures are satisfactory
- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
*Note: Chlorine concentration in the sanitizer spray bottle was significantly higher than necessary. Ensure to mix bleach to water at a ratio of 1 teaspoon per Litre to obtain the correct concentration.
- Facility appears clean and well-organized
