- cleaning completed, except for small area by sushi bar condenser
- some cardboard still to be discarded (underneath to-go containers and by cutting board)
- operator has spoken to staff about glove use
- handsink now drains easily
- handsink fully stocked
- operator proposed time tracking for certain items - this will not be considered until at LEAST one low hazard routine inspection without any critical violations, especially temperature violations

Note: the mask mandate is now back in effect for indoor public spaces
