Corrective Action(s): Hire a professional pest control company and provide the report within 2 weeks. Ensure that they are kept on contract until the premises is pest free. Clean all droppings with a bleach solution. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The ventilation hood was turned off while the donair spits were in use. Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach solution was at 100 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
